City drops lawsuit over shutdown of coal-fired power plant

The City of Farmington, New Mexico now has dropped its late September lawsuit against the owner who plan a shutdown of the San Juan Generating Station.

Instead, the City opted for arbitration in a bid to transfer the now-closed power plant to the city reported the Farmington Daily Times.
