Crude oil and natural gas prices tumbled again on Tuesday

Tuesday brought another dip in crude oil prices and a drop for natural gas prices while Oklahoma energy stocks saw yet another mixed day of trading with no outstanding gains or losses.

The crude oil drop came after a higher-than-expected forecast for U.S. crude oil production.

West Texas Intermediate crude fell 37 cents to finish at $77.56 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange.

Brent crude settled 29 cents lower at $81.92 a barrel on ICE Futures Europe.

April natural gas fell 5 cents to $1.71 per 1,000 cubic feet.

Oklahoma energy stocks had another mixed day of trading. The biggest loss was 1.6% for Mammoth Energy Services while the largest gain was about 2% for Mach Natural Resources.

Tuesday turned into a day of losses for other energy stocks as the Texas Energy Report indicated.

Kinder Morgan (KMI) down 0.03 at 17.94 – change 0.17%

Marathon Oil Corp. (MRO) up 0.14 at 25.13 – change 0.56%

NOV Inc. (NOV) up 0.04 at 17.89 – change 0.23%
