Crude oil ended weaker following Thursday’s trading

Weaker U.S. gasoline demand data led Thursday to a drop in crude oil prices. Adding to the pressure was a UN draft resolutlion that called for a ceasefire in Gaza.
West Texas Intermediate crude for May fell 20 cents or 0.3% to $81.07 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange.
Global benchmark Brent crude for May finished 17 cents or 0.2% down at $85.78 a barrel on ICE Futures Europe.
April natural gas fell 2 cents to $1.68 per 1,000 cubic feet.
While Oklahoma energy stocks were mixed in Thursday’s trading, some firms such as Mammoth Energy and Gulfport Energy recorded 3% gains. But Empire Petroleum Corp. suffered a 4% loss for the day.
