Food Bank in OKC goes solar power

Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma makes move to solar

 

The Oklahoma City-based Regional Food Bank recently finished construction of a $1.6 million project to get some of its electricity from solar power.

Bank officials estimate it will result in millions of dollars in utility costs, equating to millions of meals, reported KOCO TV News.
