Fort Collins, Colorado considers oil and gas drilling ban

The City of Fort Collins, Colorado is considering new oil and gas drilling restrictions that would put the city off limits to exploration.

Current regulations left about 3% of city land available to drilling but proposed changes presented this week to city council members reduced it to 0% according to the Coloradoan.
