Iowa county might delay more solar energy projects for a year

The second most-populated county in Iowa is considering a year-long delay of allowing any more large solar energy projects.

Cedar Rapids is the county seat where county supervisors are being urged to adopt a 12-month moratorium reported The Gazette.
