Remember when Venezuela’s oil industry was considered a threat to production in Oklahoma, Texas and New Mexico?

No more and world social and political observer Peter Zeihan says the only thing keeping the country afloat is the partial lifting of sanctions by the Biden administration. Even so, in one of his latest commentaries, he says continued neglect is leading Venezuela’s oil industry to failure.
