ONE Gas increases credit deal to $1.2 billion

 

 

ONE Gas just upped its credit agreement from $1.2 billion to $1.275 billion.

In a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the company confirmed its lender joinder and commitment increase agreement. Bank of America N.A. was the administrative agent, swing line lender and letter of credit issuer. Other lenders were involved too, per the SEC filing.

“The Increase Agreement (i) increases the aggregate commitments available under the Credit Agreement from $1,200,000,000
to $1,275,000,000 and (ii) joins Regions Bank as a lender under the Credit Agreement,” stated the filing.
