Reports show continued well activity in Oklahoma

Newly-filed reports show Citizen Energy III LLC recently completed a three-well project in Grady County with combined production of more than 1,000 barrels of oil a day.

The three wells drilled on a single pad at 6 7N 5W, a site about 2 miles southwest of Blanchard, were completed Oct. 26 of 2022 by the Tulsa energy company.

The Johnson 3h-6, with a drilled depth of 17,204 in the Woodford formation, produced 368 barrels of oil a day along with 559 Mcf of natural gas. The well had a June 4, 2022 spud date according to its completion report.

The Johnson 2h-6 produced 215 barrels of oil and 162 Mcf of natural gas from a depth of 17,155 feet, also in the Woodford. The completion report showed a spudding also on June 4 of last year.

With a drilled depth of 17,276 feet n the Woodford, the Johnson 1h-6 produced 483 barrels of oil and 470 Mcf of natural gas a day. It was spudded June 3 of last year per the completion report.

Other recent completion reports included a Peachridge Energy Operating well drilled in Caddo County.  Peachridge Energy is headquartered in Houston, Texas. The Dove 24-5h, drilled at 24 9N 11W, or about 4 miles southeast of Binger, produced 449 barrels of oil a day and 664 Mcf of natural gas from a depth of 18,732 feet in the Marchand formation.

Camino Natural Resources LLC, headquartered in Denver, Colorado, reported completion of the Little Sahara 1107 26-23-2mxh in Canadian County. Located at 26 11N 7W, or 2 miles east of Union City, the well produced 451 barrels of oil a day and 2,406 Mcf of natural gas. Drilled depth was 18,089 in the Mississippian and completion was late October of 2022.
