Roundtable planned by Petroleum Storage Tank regulators

The Oklahoma Corporation Commission’s Petroleum Storage Tank Division is set to hold its annual Industry Roundtable Meeting.

In a notice this week, the PSTD stated the purpose of the meeting is to continue engagement with stakeholders, have open and broad conversations about the rules, and determine whether to conduct a formal rulemaking.

The Industry Roundtable will be held in-person at the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building and live-streamed via Zoom. Details on the meeting, including the link to join virtually, will be sent soon.

The meeting will be held Wednesday, April 3 at 10 a.m.

Those who want to submit questions and/or comments to the PSTD staff should email Brock Stuber at  Brock.Stuber@occ.ok.gov by Wednesday, March 27, 2024.
