Will Keystone keep promise to clean up leak in Kansas?

Nearly two months after the Keystone pipeline leaked 55,000 barrels of oil into a north Kansas creek, cleanup is at nearly 90%.

The debate grows in Washington County where the leak happened according to a report by the Kansas News Service.
