SandRidge Energy’s 4Q financial results to be declare this week

SandRidge Energy will release its fourth quarter and full year 2023 financial report this week.

Details will be made available after the close of trading on Wednesday, March 6. Company leadership will discuss the results during a Thursday morning conference call scheduled for 10 o’clock on March 7.

SandRidge had third quarter net income of $18.7 million or 51 cents a share while its adjusted net income was $16.2 million and 44 cents a share. It also had $25.5 million in cash from operating activities.

The Oklahoma City-based companuy had no new wells coming online during the third quarter and explained its recent capital development program helped sustain production and increase oil content as a percentagae of total production.
