Energy bills to be reviewed by House Committee on Wednesday

Several energy-related bills will be heard in committee this week at the Oklahoma State Capitol.

They will be heard before the House Energy and Natural Resources Committee chaired by Rep. Brad Boles of Marlow.

5. HB3050 – Petroleum storage tanks; modifying time frame for appeal; removing certain statutory references; effective date. – Boles*

6. HB3053 – Energy; requiring Secretary of Energy and Environment evaluate relationship of the Southwest Power Pool and the state; requiring preparation of certain report; emergency. – Boles*
